1. All items are brand new.

2. Serious buyers only.

3. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

4. Prices stated are not inclusive of postage fee.

5. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.

6. All orders or reservation will be made through email at thefashionfestival@gmail.com

7. Strictly no refund, exchanges or returns.

8. Payments for local orders are to be made into our Maybank, and Paypal for International orders, within a period of 24 hours. Failure to do so, items will go to the next buyer in line without further notice.

9. Item may or may not be restocking unless stated otherwise.

10. All measurements are taken with the item laid flat.

11. We will not be responsible for any lost or damages shipment as we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting items shipped.
